- 8,267 SF Interior Fit-Out (Tenant Improvement)
- Demo of two existing suites and demising walls to create a combined retail footprint. Delivered a complete interior build-out including new fire sprinkler distribution and a full fire alarm system. Open-ceiling concept featured painted exposed trusses, roof deck insulation, scrim installation, and a new storefront system.
