- 5,262 SF Interior Fit-Out (Tenant Improvement)
- Complete interior build transforming a Men’s Wearhouse into a new financial center, including a new storefront system, 4-station teller line, six offices, full BOH program (Work Rooms, Break Room, two Restrooms), and a 24-hour ATM vestibule with four active ATMs.
- Technical components included installation of a VIMS (Vapor Intrusion Mitigation System) with all deputy inspections and agency approvals, new fire sprinkler distribution, full fire alarm and FLS upgrades, and installation of four new RTUs with PSL/LVL structural upgrades.
- Critical Path Achievements:
- Permanent Power and NER delivered 110+ days ahead of retail construction completion
- Zero punch list items and Certificate of Occupancy issued 30+ days prior to retail completion
- Overall Construction Duration: 19 weeks
